What Happens After a Notice Is Received
When Rogue StreamWorks receives a Copyright Infringement Notice, we will investigate the complaint and determine whether action is warranted.
If we determine that the complaint appears valid, we may notify the account holder and request removal of the disputed content. Account holders may be given an opportunity to voluntarily comply or submit a Counter Notification when appropriate.

If insufficient information is provided, or if the complaint cannot be reasonably verified, Rogue StreamWorks may decline to take action.
